This privacy notice describes how the Pristine IPTV app (“App”) may collect, use, and share information. By using the App, you agree to this notice.
The App may collect or process the following categories of data:
When you add an IPTV provider, you enter server URLs, usernames, and passwords. This data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. The App uses this data only to connect to your configured providers and play content. Provider credentials are not sent to our servers except when you use the phone-to-TV pairing feature, in which case they are sent temporarily to link your TV app with your configured provider.
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information (e.g., device model, OS version, stack traces) to improve app stability. This helps us fix bugs and improve reliability.
We use Firebase Analytics for anonymized usage and screen flow data to understand how the App is used and to improve the user experience.
If you make in-app purchases (e.g., a lifetime unlock), the transaction is handled by Google Play. We receive purchase verification status to enable features. We do not store full payment details; billing is governed by Google’s policies.
For trial and purchase entitlement (including device limits), we use a hashed device identifier. This allows us to enforce trial periods and purchased feature access without identifying you personally.
If you set program reminders, reminder data (e.g., program title, time) is stored locally on your device and used to show notifications. This data stays on your device unless you delete it.
We may share data with:
Locally stored data (credentials, preferences, favorites, watch history, reminders) remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Crash and analytics data is retained according to Firebase and Google policies.
We use encrypted storage for sensitive data such as provider credentials. We do not transmit provider credentials to our own servers except for the pairing flow when you explicitly use phone-to-TV pairing.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, please contact us.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
